The Home Staging & Redesign Verbal Consultation is carried out whilst we walk through the property, room by room.

The Home Staging Verbal Consultation will:

Give you initial observations & feedback.
Diagnose & suggest work needed in each room.
Suggest new paint colours if necessary.
Give ways of using & rearranging furniture.
Suggest ideas to improve the use of space.
Find practical solutions to enhance the look & feel of every room.

Using a clever checklist form that I will bring to the consultation, you will be able to easily take notes and create an instant blueprint to follow once the consultation is complete.

We will even begin to rearrange your home to improve the look right there and then!

*The Property Coach will not prepare any further report following the Verbal Consultation.*

The Property Coach will give you advice on the following areas:

Use of each space - How to maximise the potential.
Colour advice - Suggesting changes where necessary.
Use of furniture and items that you already have.
