As a continuation of the living room, this room leads to the back of the house and the garden.

Home Staging Case Studies

Painted lilac and empty except for two dead plants, this room felt narrow and again difficult to imagine with furniture in.

By painting the walls a similar colour to the living room, but slightly richer in depth, this room began to feel larger. The colour was more sympathetic to the colours of the garden and help connect the room with the space beyond.

Creating different areas in the room, a glass dining table, some relaxed seating, this room could now clearly be seen as an enjoyable relaxing space with a purpose.

Using a mirror again helped to visually widen the room.

Simple artwork using fresh greens and creams helped to harmonise the space.
