The smaller of the two bedrooms was one of the property's main barriers when it came to selling this property.

This size of the room meant that it could only house a single bed. However the room, with two large built in cupboards & open shelving on either side, was being presented as a walk in closet.

In effect the house was being marketed as a 'Two' bed property, but only had one usable bedroom.

The room didn't even have a door on it, so no one walking in could imagine that this room was a bedroom, even for a young child.

The room has a wonderful outlook over gardens and trees and this was being totally missed by viewers who couldn't imagine spending any time in this space...what a shame and a waste of a wonderful attribute.

To address this problem we removed the right hand cupboard and shelving unit and created a day bed area with a storage space below it. On the other side of the room we kept the large cupboard, but created a curved desk area with shelves above and below.

Now the room was being presented as a fantastic home office/ guest bedroom/ chill out room.
